Initial look at the Laptop or Desktop to Identify the issue and resolve the problem up to 1 hour.  If there isn't a problem with your computer, we do our routine scan of Viruses, Registry, Spyware, and .  If you do not have any type of Internet Security software installed on your system we will install Panda Internet Security 2009.  It is critical to have any type of Internet Security software on your system to protect you from Hackers, Viruses, or Spyware.  Resolving the problem might take more than an hour, in that case we will contact you to notify you of the issue with your computer and that we need more time to resolve the problem.
